So when I was listening to the radio in the car the other day, I heard that joshy thinks the drinking age should be lowered to 19. Supposedly this is because one of his Hunger Games co stars was caught at a bar even though he's only 19. Most people leave out the fact that joshy is also 19...but ya know...whatevs.
